Your brief. Your information.

How your project details are prepared and handled.

Information you choose to share.

The project form asks for your name, business email, country and optional venue details so the team can discuss your proposed project. Avoid including sensitive documents or personal information that is not needed for that discussion.

Room concept references.

When you enquire from a room concept, its name, labelled scheme area and collection version accompany your brief. The scheme area is separate from your venue’s usable area. Selecting another game removes the previous room reference.

Saving your enquiry.

This local WordPress preview stores submitted enquiries in a private local inbox and does not send external email. Your form entries remain available if saving is not confirmed.

Online submission.

Submitting the form stores your entered details and project context in the website enquiry inbox. Email notification is a separate step and depends on the configured mail service. A received confirmation means the enquiry was saved; it does not mean an email was delivered.

Local preferences and campaign context.

The site stores your navigation-language preference on your device. Campaign parameters may be retained for the current browsing session and included with an enquiry to identify its source. Interface event hooks exclude names, email addresses and message text; any external measurement service must be configured separately.

Questions about your enquiry.

Contact info@giantislandspace.com about the information you have provided. The operating company must confirm its final retention and data-handling policy before public launch.
